Cancellation Policy:

At Marina Fab, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. If you need to cancel your order, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalties. Please contact our customer service team immediately at support@marinafab.com to request a cancellation.
    • If the order is canceled after 24 hours but before shipment, a restocking fee of 10% may apply.

  2. Cancellation After Shipment:

    • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return and refund as per our refund policy below.

Refund Policy:

At Marina Fab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help. Please read the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
    • Custom orders and fabrics that have been cut to customer specifications are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@marinafab.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.
    • Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
    • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@marinafab.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
